Julia Gillard was sworn in as the 27th Prime Minister on the 24th of June 2010. But what did we know about Julia before she took over Kevin Rudd's job last year. Before all Miss Julia Gillard from 1998 to 2001 assited on the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Employment, Education and Workplace relations. Julia Gillard was appointed Shadow Minister for Population and Immigration in the year 2001(which is now Scott Morrison) and at a later date took on the responsibilities for Reconciliation and Indigenous in 2003.
From 2003 to 2006 Julia served as the Shadow Minister for Health which a believe that somebody might of played in role play when we went down to Canberra!!!!!!! 4th of December 2006 Julia Gillard was assigned Deputy PM of the ALP and served as Shadow Minster for Employment & Industrial Relations and Social Inclusion. After the ALP (Australian Labor Party)'s victory in the 2007 Federal Election. Julia Gillard was AGAIN but sworn in as Deputy PM and the Shadow Minster for Employment & Industrial Relations and Social Inclusion in 2007.
